Tourism in Men Tou Gou district has reached an unprecedented new heights, themarket has been continuously developed and development. Under the policy guidancetourism enterprises continue to increase and the market continued to develop.J travelcompany as a local tourism enterprise has to face the increasingly fierce competitionand the adverse effects that derived from the construction of Ring Road6th,The StateRoad108th.So, Strategic and Developmental research is fatal to the J company.This paper studies take four ways: Literature research, fieldwork method,comparative analysis and data research method.At the beginning of this article, the use of analytical methods and the theory ofthe competitive environment PEST analysis on multi-aspects of J tourism companyoperating environment, macroeconomic environment, competition and other analyzes,SWOT analysis on the basis of the matrix and QSPM matrix analysis to determine theJ Travel Company growth-oriented development strategy, and to develop the qualityof growth of tourism facilities, tourism product type growth, the growth of strategicplanning travel consumer groups. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the successfulimplementation of J tourism development strategy, the paper from the organizationalstructure, human resources, marketing three established safeguards implementation ofthe strategy, in order to implement J tourism development strategy has somesignificance, to help them expand market share and enhance our market position inorder to establish and maintain its sustainable competitive advantage in themarketplace.The purpose of this study is to investigate how the tourism business do analysis,choose and finally establish the developmental strategy to determine the long-termdevelopment direction of the enterprise, and enhance the market competitiveness ofenterprises continued.
