E Company's Supply Chain Management Reform Case Studies

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a new management thinking which rose in 20th century. It is an integrated management and overall control through planning, organizing and coordinating business process within a company and among business partners. The purpose of supply chain management is to strengthen the efficiency of inventory control, shorten production cycle, and increase production flexibility by coordinating management activities, such as logistics, capital flow, and information flow.
