Management science and economics from the perspective of interpretation and analysis of the project,the project is not only a management approach,the allocation of resources is also a way,how the existing project management rapid application of research results into new areas,which requires the project management issues to the high level of governance of view,it produced a "Project Governance",it made for project management research study provides a new perspective,the project has also become a research hot-spot issues.The main thesis is divided into three parts.The first part of the Introduction Chapter to discuss the project management theory of meaning,purpose and research methods.The second part is divided into second,three chapters,beginning with the concept of governance starting from the concept of governance derived from the project management theory,the final analysis of the project governance and project management of differences and connections behind the empirical part provides an important theoretical reference.PartⅢis divided into the fourth,five chapters,some empirical studies are based on projects,there are different interests between the main powers,responsibilities and interests the relationship between the various stakeholders will be divided into internal and external stakeholders benefits stakeholders and their needs are analyzed.Through the derivative of the principal-agent and other issues,innovative projects proposed governance structure and mechanisms.Evidence for the project management to project management research.
