| With reform and opening-up, market-oriented enterprises grow very fast, particularly the family enterprises. However, there are also unsatisfying issues during their development, which make many of them out of market and some short of competitiveness though still on operation. Therefore, this is vulnerable and critical period for the family enterprise's development, they will be strengthened and get mature if develop smoothly. There are many factors affecting healthy development of enterprises, such as capital, business opportunities, excellent staffs, etc. Little wonder that excellent staffs is the most positive factor, because they can bring capital, create opportunities and contribute for the development and growing-up of enterprises. However, compared with growth of family-enterprises, their management lag behind a lot, which makes their peculiar vitality and competitiveness fade away gradually, even die out. The previous human resource models cannot keep up with enterprises' development, even become barriers to their development. In response to it, entrepreneurs should adjust and improve the previous model to confront more tough competition. All in all, with human resource issues' solution, family-enterprises can pass smoothly from the growing period into the strong and mature period, and effective human resource management has been becoming vital to development of enterprises. This thesis discusses the development and current situation of family enterprises; mainly analyzes the features and issues of human resource in developing period; then, probes into the reasons; at the end of thesis it researches a typical developing family enterprise and puts forward the solution schemes for it. |
