The Quality Of Electric Power Enterprises Operating Influencing Factors

Quality management becomes more and more important in current society. In recent years, the situation of power supply is gradually strained, a higher request is set to the Electric Power's stable and high quality supply with the development of technology and economy. At the same time, with the Electricity Companies to fulfill their social responsibilities and to enter the market, the Electricity Companies need to continuously improve the quality of electric power, to ensure their products (power) and the quality of maintenance (personnel) safety, and to reduce maintenance costs. Then they can win the victory in the intense market competition, ensure the realization of enterprise benefit.The research object of this paper is the Electric enterprise's work quality based on the standardized overhaul category. On the basis of the correlative work quality literature on the existing production operation,standardized management,quality control management and so on, this research proposes conceptive model of the influence with work quality through interviews and study. This research focuses on the relationships between the operating method,quality control,work record,risk management, standard work and the work quality, analyses the mediator effects of the standard work and the regulating effects of the risk management.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire, analyzes valid questionnaires with the Descriptive Statistic Analysis,Reliability Analysis,Validity Analysis,Factor Analysis,Correlate Analysis and Regression Analysis, verifies the hypothesizes raised in the conceptual framework. According to the results of data analysis, we confirm that factors of operating method,quality control and work records effectively contribute to the work quality, and the standard work plays the remarkable intermediary role. We also prove that the risk identification,risk assessment and risk control plays an important role as regulating variable between standard work and work quality.In the end of this study, we propose some practical advice to improve the quality management of Electric Enterprise according to the theoretical conclusion of this research. For convenience of research development, we list some shortages of this paper, and point out some possible directions for further research.
