Quality And Management Study On Maintenance And Repair Project Of 1# Generator Sets A Level In Jing Tai Of Inner Mongolia

Since the second industrial revolution,electric power has been widely used and developed,which has caused the generation of water,wind,fire and other power.Thus,power generation industry is developing rapidly.For China,it is necessary to enhance the international competitiveness and influence of power generation enterprises,optimize the allocation of enterprise resources,tap the potential of each enterprise,and adjust the internal structure of the enterprise.For the maintenance work,it cannot be ignored to ensure the unit safe and stable operation,examine and repair machines and unit on time and eliminate security risks,which is conducive to the reduction of the economic loss and the maximization of the interests of enterprises.This study is mainly talked about from the following several aspects: firstly,it describes the overview of Inner Mongolia Jingtai power generation limited liability company No.1 unit examination and reparation conditions,the knowledge of electric power group maintenance,and a brief introduction to the theoretical knowledge of quality management.Then the existed problems and defeats of Jingtai 1# unit A level maintenance project are described systematically,and then corresponding quality objectives and the project management business processes are carried out and formulated based on a detailed analysis.On the basis of this,the author has established the specific quality management and control measures for the preparation,implementation and acceptance of the unit maintenance.Finally,the quality of the project is evaluated synthetically.The first grade of 1# unit A-level maintenance quality assessment is maintenance and management.Index decomposition of the three levels of quality assessment of the specific indicators,through the expert scoring,to determine the weight of the indicators and membership,the use of analytic hierarchy process andDelphi method to evaluate the overall quality of this project.By examining the preparation,implementation and acceptance of the A-level maintenance management and the whole process of management and control measures,as well as the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the maintenance,the maintenance of the crew to provide a safe and smooth implementation of the overhaul effect of the effective and reasonable,The standard and systematic project evaluation methods has some reference value for unit maintenance project.
