The purposes of the study are the relationship between Self-monitoring, Organizational Culture, and Impression Management. The study is based on the questionnaire survey with three scales - Self-Monitoring Scale, Organizational Culture Scale, and Impression Management Scale. Most of the samples of the study are from the students of MBA in Fudan University, and few of the samples are from the internet. The amount of the questionnaire is 207, and eliminates 6 invalid samples. The data are analyzed by following statistic method: Statistical analyzed, T-test, One-Way ANOVA., Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression and hierarchical regression statistical techniques.The main findings in the study are:A. Self-Monitoring and Impression Management have positive correlation. Particularly, the Self-Promotion has the best correlation with Self-Monitoring.B. Self-Monitoring has direct effect on Impression Management. Particularly, the influence of Self-Monitoring has the notable effect on Self-Promotion. The Self-Monitoring has significant prediction on Self-Promotion.C. Organizational Culture and Impression Management have positive correlation. Particularly, the supportive culture has the best correlation with Supplication.D. Organizational Culture has direct effect on Impression Management. Particularly, the influence of Supportive culture has the notable effect on Supplication. The supportive culture has significant prediction on Supplication.E. The result of interacted effect between Self-Monitoring and Organizational Culture on the effectiveness of Impression Management has direct effect.a. Bureaucratic Culture: When the sample has high level Self-Monitoring, and the company which the sample works at is Bureaucratic Culture, then the sample will more like to choose the Ingratiation strategyb. Innovative Culture: When the sample has high level Self-Monitoring, and the company which the sample works at is Innovative Culture, then the sample will more unlike to choose the Self-Promotion strategy.c. Supportive Culture: When the sample has high level Self-Monitoring, and the company which the sample works at is Supportive Culture, then the sample will more unlike to choose the Self-Promotion strategy.
