Study On Risk Management Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In China

Along with the continuous change of the market environment, the risks that enterprises face are also getting diversity and complicated. Whether enterprises carry on effective management and control to those risks, directly relates its survival and development. It is imperative for the domestic enterprises to strengthen and improve their external environment, and in the meanwhile, to establish and perfect their risk management theoretical architecture and operating norms. Only in this way can the enterprises maintain a healthy development. Therefore, the research on risk and risk management becomes the significant historical topic in the academic circles. This paper is precisely a new direction of the risk management research area. It aims to help enterprises establish a set of risk management framework so that they can know the risk better and manage it. In this article, our viewpoint is this: at present, there is no authoritative theory of risk management that is accepted and approved widely like the American COSO -ERM framework. As a result, Chinese enterprises could regard it as a guide theory, absorb its advanced ideas, hold its key factors, and then build their own risk management framework according to their actual situation.The paper which based on advanced theory study analyses Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to find their characters, risk management actuality and difficulty and research a football broker company—A company. This thesis also discusses the theory and actual use of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises risk management framework to give out the construct ways and strategy. The first chapter introduces domestic and national risk management theory and the research necessary and importance. The second chapter is the knowledge of risk management which is the foundation of small and medium-sized enterprises research. The third chapter analyses Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises research characters and risk management actuality. The forth chapter analyses A company, constructs risk management system, establishes project and resolves the problem.
