More and more enterprises realize research and development(R&D) management tools influence research and development effeteness and cost. However customer's requirements change frequently, which leads to endless change of project requirements, and single project management 's tool cannot solve the issue. So the integration of research and development management and customer management becomes necessary.This paper introduces what principles of R&D and customer management's solution is, meanwhile it also expounds process of traditional integration course of R&D management and customer management. After that it analyzes and introduces rules of customer's requirement to perfect process standard in R&D management process, giving new rules about integration of research and development management and customer management. Then it summarizes weaknesses of traditional R&D management and customer management, and strengths of new R&D management and customer management.Though the rules here are not perfect enough for deeply understanding on customer's requirements is necessary. I will try my best to re-establish a new detailed and feasible rules about perfect process of customer's requirement management in R&D in the future.
