With the openness and innovation of the recent security market and the increasing competition from internet financing industry, the security company is facing the internal and external pressure in terms of broadening market and customer services, etc. On one hand, due to the increasing competition between the companies within the industry, customers and profits tend to move gradually to the big security company with large asset, innovation driven, clear strategic goal, comprehensive customer service systems; whereas the companies whose mainstream income is from brokerage services tend to be very difficult to survive in the market. On the other hand, the security companies are building the specialized customer services systems on top of the service innovation; the goal is to built and complete the customer service systems that will keep the current customers meanwhile develop the new customers, broaden the service horizon and increase the customer service experience.We are now in the new internet era and the information technology plays a more and more important role in the national economy. With the rapid development of the information technology, it provides the platform and channel to build the new techniques and new products, which would make the traditional way to manage the IT project very difficult to implement. Statistic data shows that in the development of informational technology in the security industry in China, IT project has various problems in terms of strategic development, organized planning and quality assurance control due to the oversight of the IT project management. The low successful rate constrains the supportive and leading role of information technology in the innovative development in the security industry. Therefore, connecting the universal project management principal with IT project in the security industry, which also increases the effective rate and successful rate, has become an important research topic in the security industry IT project management field.This article has researched based on security company customer relationship management platform management and analyzed through the practical problems in the IT project implement stage, to prove the importance and the necessity of the CRM integrated project management in NE Security. The IT project management knowledge and principal based on NE Security customer service requirements has shown how to implement the integrated CRM project management in NE Security through feasibility analysis, project initiation, project planning, project execution and project monitoring stage. This also provides the practical methodologies in terms of how to build NE Security CRM platform.The goal is to built the most appropriate way to develop the CRM platform of NE Security based on the research of IT project in the security industry and the current development stage of NE Security; to make NE Security customer service management system more adapted to the new internet environment; to built the time featured, company specifically featured new IT project management model; and also to provide the references for the company IT project implementation.
