Based On The Visualization Process Of The Tobacco Business Management Research

In recent years, with China's entry into WTO and WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control agreement, and with socialistic economy developing continuously and reform of national-owned monopoly enterprise deepened, environment of tobacco enterprise has changed rapidly, and tobacco enterprises faced incredible pressures and challenges.Function-oriented management model of tobacco enterprise has not catered for changing market which will put emphasis on customer. Due to difficulties caused by coordination of different separated function, enterprise's operating efficiency and performance has decreased largely. In order to get a solution for these problems, creating a new process-based operating system by IT technology and setting up related organization structure and management model have became a important trend of tobacco enterprise's development and reform.Firstly, the paper introduces some process-based management theories and methods, and analyzes current management situation and requirement of reform of tobacco enterprise. And then, discusses management model, organization system and framework of information system based on visualization process. Ground on the example of visualization process-based performance management, The paper make a deep research about conception of core process, creation of process team, means of visualization presentation of process and its performance, visualization-based performance's control and management in this business system, and present its information system framework and operating model finally. In conclusion, we will combine a case with research fruits, and expound the application of these researches.Research results of this article will provide important theory, solution and guidance for tobacco enterprise's process-based management reform, and provide reference of technology for boosting visualization technology's application in enterprise's management.
