Research On Visualization Of Green Warehousing In CS Chemical Logistics Company

With the progress of the times and the improvement of modern science and technology,dangerous chemicals logistics enterprises also keep pace with the progress of the times and enter the twenty-first Century of information intelligence era.In recent years,the occurrence and impact of hazardous chemicals accidents(for example: Tianjin port "8.12" accident)put forward higher standards and requirements for hazardous goods logistics warehousing enterprises that they must ensure human health,do not damage the surrounding environment resources.The enterprise economic benefits must develop with environment benefits synchronously,the hazardous chemicals enterprises should follow the society with sustainable development strategy.Firstly,we reviewed the theory of visualization system and analyzed the current situation of hazardous goods warehouse in CS company to find a solution.The warehouse visualization system is used to solve the problems of hazardous chemicals storage and inventory management,automatic operation,real-time safety monitoring,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and market competitiveness of CS company.This thesis points out storage visualization system application problems of CS company,uses advanced intelligent video system(RFID Technology)to increase of mechanical intelligent operation,save human resources,improve work efficiency in warehouse CS company of hazardous chemicals,greatly reduce the operation time of hazardous chemicals storage and indirectly reduce the cost of CS company,directly eliminate the hazardous chemicals accidents,and to protect the environment and meet the needs of business development of CS.Integrating with the international hazardous goods logistics warehousing enterprises and keeping up with the pace of development of the developed countries logistics warehousing enterprises will be of historic significance to the development of CS company.Learning management mode and experience of developed countries in the chemical industry logistics company can give us chance to know about our shortage.Secondly,we found many problems of hazardous chemicals storage status in CS company after studying the theory of knowledge and theory of logistics warehousing green chemical inspection.In the hardware aspect,their standard hazardous chemicals intelligent warehouse is far beneath developed countries in hazardous chemicals standardization.In the aspect of software,the backward operation mode,the low intelligent level,poor environmental protection investment and lack of personnel information made up potential crisis,which greatly hinder the green storage application of hazardous chemicals in CS company,also don’t conform to the global promotion of environmental protection.Subsequently,this thesis applies RFID+Web GIS technology to improve the traditional storage mode of hazardous chemicals in CS company,so as to meet the requirements of intelligent operation management,real-time monitoring and management,mechanical and intelligent operation management of hazardous chemicals in CS company.The core of green storage visualization system is the RFID+Web GIS technology is to control all hazardous chemicals in logistics and warehousing dynamically(such as storage,unloading,monitoring,maintenance,warehousing,loading,emergency,etc.).The administrator can control the whole process.It significantly improves the efficiency and information sharing management of hazardous chemicals storage and control,reduces the cost of CS company,increases the enterprise competition advantage,also reduces the hazardous chemicals inventory,avoids unnecessary cost.In the end,this thesis discussed HSE management,HSE HSE monitoring,real-time monitoring and warning alarm procedures and vehicles and personnel from outside GPS positioning system applications in visualization system CS company.The purposes of green storage are to prevent hazardous chemicals accidents,reduce CS and people’s economic losses,increase corporate social responsibility,enhance the credibility of enterprises and establish a good social image.In modern life,good environment are also one of the contents of human happiness index.Human happiness index is directly proportional to saving resources,protecting environment and relating to economic interests and social reputation of enterprises.To sum up,combined with the general outline of the summary,this thesis designed and discussed a set of green storage visualization system for hazardous chemicals based on RFID technology +Web GIS technology.The meaning and application of RFID technology and Web GIS technology are described in detail.The visualization system completely improves the security,mechanical automation and real-time monitoring of the warehousing of dangerous chemicals.The research can not only provide theoretical guidance for visualization system of CS chemical logistics company,but also provide reference for other peer enterprises in green storage visualization system.
