As a kind of risk management and control method with the purpose of improving the safety awareness of personnel, enterprise risk visualization management has achieved certain results in risk control. There are many problems in the implementation of risk visualization management, which greatly reduces the effect of risk visualization management. Therefore, according to the characteristics of risk visualization management, based on the theory of process management and hall three-dimensional structure model, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of enterprise risk visualization management and constructs the enterprise risk visualization process management system.First of all,we use hall three-dimensional model to sort out the problems existing in the process of risk visualization management. From the perspective of time dimension,we can see that the process of risk visualization management is chaotic and the process is lack;from the perspective of logic dimension,we can see that the steps of each stage are lack of specific scheme guidance and the implementation effect is poor;from the perspective of knowledge dimension,we can see that,There are some limitations in the standards related to risk visualization management and lack of specific implementation methods.Secondly, based on the analysis of the existing problems in the field risk visualization management of enterprises, the process management model of enterprise risk visualization is constructed based on Hall three-dimensional structure model. The work development dimension specifies the work process of risk visualization management, which is divided into four work stages: preliminary preparation, logo design, production and installation, assessment and maintenance, and defines the overall process of risk visualization management. The work guidance dimension specifies the logical steps of each work stage of risk visualization management, which is divided into four work steps: clear objectives, scheme design, standard formulation and real-time feedback,to standardize the work procedures ofeach work stage. The risk cognition dimension integrates the knowledge dimensions of dikw model and hall three-dimensional model, and proposes four stages of risk cognition process, namely, identification, comparison, mastery and awareness,to guide the work process of risk visualization management. This paper analyzes the limitations of the existing standards and specifications of risk visualization management by using risk visualization process management activity matrix and risk cognition dimension, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of risk visualization management standard system from the content coverage and content depth. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the activities needed in each stage of work development and summarizes the general process followed by enterprises in the implementation of risk visualization process management.Taking the risk area of falling from height as an example, eye movement experiment is carried out to compare the difference of attention distribution of personnel in risk area before and after risk visualization process management by using visual analysis and data analysis. The results show that risk visualization process management can shorten the cognitive time of enterprise personnel to the existing risk, and the attention resources for the distribution of risk area More sources prove the effectiveness of risk visualization process management, which has important practical significance for improving the level of enterprise risk visualization management and reducing the occurrence of work safety accidents.
