Reviewing the development of telecommunication manufacturing in China, the integrity industry system has formed in our country and measured up to an international advanced level by the technology import in 20 years and owned R&D in 10 years.Huawei, a private enterprise, has been successful in global business market with high developing speed and scale by right of solid strength . special culture and ingenuity marketing strategy among strong competition.The issue describes development process, main economic indexes in current years and manufacturer status of telecommunication industryAfter introducing the status of brand culture, business scopes, financial highlights of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., we study the market circumstances and competence by strategy analysis technique, such as PEST,Five Forces model and SWOT analysis, etc.On the basis of market positioning analysis the issue discusses the policy of marketing mix, marketing relationship, international marketing and marketing control and so on.
