Based On The Epc Mode, The Power Plant Construction Project Schedule With The Control Study

EPC is one of the most advanced contract mode in the project construction in today's world. However construction of a thermal plant is typically complicated project, as a result this study will be very significant in improvement of EPC management in China.Based on LanGuang thermal plant as sample, system engineering, and project management and information control with histography theory, in this essay, we will find out the key cause which affects process of project plan, and important faction of storing up basic date and arrangement relation plan in planning.
