There is a characteristic in this phase, that is establishing scientific outlook on development of harmoniously human, nature, and society, taking the path to sustainable development of economic and society while beware of natural resource and environmental issues. So, it must emphasize putting people first in corporation management, actualize knowledge management.Corporate Social Responsibility theory can trace to the 20^th century. Corporation is not only a principal part of prosecution in economic activity, but also an important role in society activity. Storm in society will certainly influent and restrict the development and management of an corporation. If you want to make your corporation successful you should let it fit in the development and construction of the society and community. Along with economic globalization and marketization, whether corporation should bear which society responsibility, that had been the contestable focus of the theory circles, management circles, economic circles and business circles from the forepart of CSR movement.For Chinese local corporation, most fall short of corporate social responsibility. The author of this article try to investigate China Mobile from corporation historical evolution and social responsibility, analyze the necessity and important significance of corporate social responsibility, emphasize that assuming societal responsibility is the necessary current of a corporation which will become mature. On this basis, the author try to table a proposal that China Mobile how to strengthen corporate social responsibility under harmonious society.
