Emotional Quotient (EQ) are considered generally successful people have the ability. Key Account Manager in customer management plays a very important role, Enterprise customers with the ability to develop and maintain long-term cooperative relations, to a large extent, depends on the ability of the Key Account Manager. This study investigated the Hunan CRC manager of the Key account, using SPSS11.0 and AMOS6.0 software and empirical analysis. The results showed that the Key Account Manager with ability of self-understanding, self-restraint, self-motivation, Empathy and social skills such as EQ Marketing Performance characteristics of a significant positive impact effect, that is, Key Account Manager of the EQ, the higher their marketing performance higher. EQ on the five dimensions of the marketing impact of achievement, self-motivation, ranks first, followed by self-restraint. followed for self-understanding, empathy and social skills capacity.
