Hunan Province Subsidiary Company of China Network service Group takes the emerging telecommunication operator facing the leading tradition operator who reigns, facing its high quota's market share and the brand superiority which substitutes with difficulty in the user heart, proposes the new service demand unceasingly facing the high speed development's correspondence new technology and the user, facing the new time the serious challenge which proposed to the business management, formulates, the implementation and the appraisal enterprise's market competition strategy and the tactic effectively under the specific environment, causes the Hunan Province subsidiary company to use own superiority fully, seizes the exterior opportunity, to avoid the exterior threat, achieves the enterprise competition the goal, thus initiates the challenge in the market competition to be in an impregnable position.Under above-mentioned backgrounds, the author establishes the competitive analytical framework of Hunan Province Subsidiary Company of China Network service Group according to the definition of the modern strategy theory. The competitive analytical framework has four parts analyzing the macro-environment; analyzing the industry environment; analyzing the rivals within the industry; and SWOT analysis. The author uses the methods of the PEST analysis, the Five Forces Model of Competitive and SWOT analysis to facilitate the establishment of this framework, which can serve as a basis to craft the corporation's competitive strategy.By using a large amount of data and market information, the author roundly analyzes the exterior and interior environments of Hunan Province Subsidiary Company of China Network service Group. According to the analysis results, the author puts forward some competitive strategies for Hunan Province Subsidiary Company of China Network service Group. And the author hopes to make the competitive analytical framework suitable for other telecommunication corporations as well.
