With the high-speed development of the Chinese economy, the improving living standard and the evolution of the concept on consumption, Yoga, originating from India, has become one of the major leisure sports for the ladies in cities. The burgeoning sport brings about the prosperous Yoga industry in China. Compared with the advanced application of service marketing on industrial products, the application of that on Yoga industry, focusing on consumers just got started. So it's of great importance to study the service marketing strategy for Yoga industry in order for faster development of the industry.Focusing on Changsha Yoga Originality (CYO), the paper studies the marketing environment and some characteristics of the consumer behaviors. Based on the analysis, the market segmentation and the target customers are defined. Then the service marketing mix is proposed, including the membership pricing focusing on premium market, staffing of marketing function and the service process as well as other marketing support and contingency plan. It is hoped that the paper can help CYO excel in the fierce competition in Changsha as well as help other service industries.
