Fitness industry is currently in. a period of rapid development; no doubt the Chinese market is gradually becoming the world's largest commercial leisure fitness market. The number of fitness facilities is increasing at a rate of 5% every year, and the Chinese fitness industry gradually is forming and flourishing, with the overall size of the industry is also increasing.As people pay more attention to health, and because of yoga has good effect for health, more and more people joined yoga and this industry is gradually developing. However, due to short time of developing, while the lack of effective business strategy and mature marketing strategy, the current yoga facilities in China are still in the primary stage of development.In this paper, through the investigation of Yoga development and experience marketing status in Chengdu, the Yoga facilities were classified by 4 types:high-end, middle and high end, middle and low end; as well as a detailed analysis and summary of the current situation of the different types.Based on the above field research and the results of questionnaire survey for the practice students and teachers, this paper puts forward the problems and constraints of the yoga studio in the management, yoga instructor and guest group. By learning from some good case in marketing and operation, offered a proposal for the brand, image experience, venue planning, atmosphere building, staff coaching, and platform management and other aspects.
