Because of its characteristic in large scale, long period, and there is much open-air work, in close relation with environmental geology, and extensive external connection, and the structure of the building in most weak state in the course of constructing entirely, there are a lot of factors unconfirmed exist in the construction work while the project of bridges and roads operates, having greater risks than general production, so it is particularly important to carry on risk management.This thesis mainly recommends the background, risk management situations, theory and method of project risk management, then account for the project cost risk management. The article focuses on specialty and sorts of construction cost risk, elements bringing to the cost, and, origin, development and future of the cost. We analyze the risk management inside and outside and the problems and conditions of bridges and roads engineering construction cost. Based on the further research of engineering construction cost rules and methods, we stimulate the cost of some bridge project by simulation methods, and make sure the key step of cost risk control. We evaluate the elements of engineering construction cost by illegibility-integration-analyze. According to the estimate results, we afford methods to different risks and management the risk. Finally, we afford methods to the bridge construction cost risk management, in order to reduce the risk and enhance the project profits.
