| With the large-scale application of new concepts and technologies such as BIM,prefabricated buildings,and the Internet of Things,the electromechanical installation industry has embarked on the channel of rapid development.Because the environment of electromechanical installation project is disturbed by many factors,which brings many uncertainties,the construction of the electromechanical installation project is a dynamic and systematic project.In order to improve the economic interests and social value of enterprises,maintain a stable growth rate,and promote the healthy development of enterprises,only through effective and economical cost management methods.However,the current cost management is mainly result-oriented,and measures are taken according to the afterwards results,which often loses the initiative to control the project cost.To do a good job in projecting cost management,we should focus on prior management,predict risks,find risks and prevent them in time,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.In view of this situation,this paper deeply studies and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in electromechanical installation engineering,and studies the risks affecting the cost in the construction stage of electromechanical installation engineering project from the perspective of the construction party from both theoretical and practical aspects.Firstly,the cost and risk in the construction stage of electromechanical installation project are defined,and the cost contained in the project is analyzed.Combined with actual cases,the factors affecting the cost of construction project are preliminarily screened out by project data analysis method and on-site investigation method,and then the risk identification methods such as checklist method and expert investigation method are used,comprehensively and systematically identify the cost risk in the construction stage of electromechanical installation project.Secondly,according to the results of risk factor identification,the weight of each risk factor is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process,and then the cost risk in the construction stage of electromechanical installation project is estimated and evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,so as to analyze the main risks affecting the cost and the risk level of the project.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment and the objectives and principles of risk management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the cost risks in the construction stage of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of the project and how to monitor these risks. |
