The development of information-based information system software has been popular, but the satisfaction of end-users or the willing of end-users to continue to use the information system software has a direct relationship with the success of information system project implementation. Therefore, to explore which factors can influence the use of the information system software, has become the focus of scholars and entrepreneurs in recent years.Based on the review and research of the main models in national and foreign language literatures, this study proposes a concept model which based on a number of famous technology acceptance models and the combination of Chinese information system project implementation status, includes individual(personal computer self-efficacy, personal innovation, personal participation), organization(the training, management support) and task technology fit(system business function quality, system operation function quality) as the external factors, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction and the intention of continuing the use as the endogenous variables, and takes the ERP system as a typical representative of the information systems to conduct an empirical study. Finally uses structural equation analysis (PLS) to validate the relationships among the structural variables in the concept model. The results show that: Except there are no significant links between the personal computer self-efficacy, management support and the perceived useful or the perceived ease of use, the other five external variables all have direct impact on perceived usefulness or perceived ease of use, the assumptions also have been confirmed that there are relationships among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction and the intention of continuing the use, in particular the perceived usefulness has extremely strong impact on the satisfaction and the intention of continuing the use.
