Enterprise Information System User Interface For User Behavior Analysis

As the growth of rapid adoption of computer-based information systems in Enterprise in china, usability is becoming a more and more important software criterion. There have been few studies on whether these user interface of information systems are being effectively and satisfaction used from the employee. A need has been realized for measurement methods to the evaluation these user interfaces factors considerations which are relevant to software usability.Based on the review literatures and research of the ICSI models, this study proposes a concept model which are relevant to Management information systems'user interface and employee'behavior in workplace situation.This study, from a point of view of users'demands, focused on analyzing literature which is related to user interface. By using questionnaires to explore employee'satisfaction on using the Management information system. We use exploring factor analysis identified six factors(Attitude, Ease of use, Learnability, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Interaction) considerations which are relevant to the user interface.Then using model technique base on structure equation model, we use confirmatory factor analysis to revise the models structure and validate the relationships among the variables in the concept model.
