With the development of economic globalization and society, the importance ofexchanging information has been the key issue. However, the development ofinformation technology has not brought out high output, because informationtechnology isn’t accepted by the users, which leads to an importance area of how tomake users to adopt information technology. At present, the study of informationtechnology adoption has gained huge achievement, and it has been proved thatindividual faith and attitude determine users’ intention and behavior. It can alsoexplain why individual accept or reject a certain information technology. Researchershas developed many models of high operational based on the original models ofinformation adoption.As the information interaction is still under developing, the study of informationadoption on this issue is relatively insufficient. Moreover, the mobile technology hasled to new trend, so it’s necessary to study the adoption of Talents DispatchInformation Systems by business personnel.Based on the achievement of Technology Adoption Model and the results ofrational behavior, this study analyses the accepting process of Talents DispatchInformation Systems by business personnel. This study also summarizes the factorsaffecting the Technology Adoption of Talents Dispatch Information Systems bybusiness personnel, and builds the Technology Adoption Model of Talents DispatchInformation Systems by business personnel. Based on relative papers, this studydevelops the questionnaire, and collects the data. The data collected by questionnaireswas analyzed by structural equation modeling using SPSS19.0and LISREL8.7. Theauthor also made some discussions about the structure variables’ interrelations whichthe model contains.Based on the questionnaire and the data, the conclusion of the study is asfollowing: business personnel’s behavioral intentions were affected by both perceivedusefulness of TDIS and satisfaction of TDIS. Business personnel’s satisfaction ofTDIS was affected by both perceived usefulness of TDIS and perceived ease use ofTDIS. Business personnel’s perceived usefulness of TDIS was affected by both socialnorm and the relation between technology and work. Business personnel’s perceivedease use of TDIS was affected by both the relation between technology and work andself-efficiency.
