Abstract/Summary:
With the development of marketing economy and the increasingly fierce competition, the current human resources management system of post corporations is facing huge opportunities and challenges, and is in urgent need of adjusting to an integrated and pluralistic human resources management system in order to cope with the new situation. As an important part of human resources management system and human property increment mode, staffs training can both increase staffs' operation abilities and knowledge, it can also increase corporations' ability to compete and is important for maintaining staffs' rights and building a harmonious labor relations. Therefore, breaking up the traditional thoughts, paying more attention to the importance of staff training, meanwhile improving staff's abilities and corporations' competing capability, setting up a training system which is suitable for corporations' development is profound for the stable development of post corporations.The article takes a typical ground unit of the China Post—Beijing Eastern Postal Office current staff training system as a study specimen, combines with the background of post corporations' revolution and opportunities provided in training during Olympics, use human resources management knowledge, diagnose and analyze the target's current training situation, provide training system's trend and direction, design an appropriate training management system and training system which is tailored for the current situation of the corporation, bring forward a strategy for boosting training results, namely, build up a effective supporting system of the training work, understand the training requirements, evaluate the training effects, comprehensively increase the training effects, target at analyzing and improving the post corporations' current human resources system, search for the path of enriching human resources warehouse and boosting the human resources abilities, establish a training system which is suitable for the development of the corporations, make contribution to the development of the corporation.
