After entering the new century, China's gradual opening up telecommunications markets to form the current competitive situation. With a new round of restructuring telecommunications, the issue must be taken into account how cable companies take part in the competition and continue to develop. This article from the maintenance of fiber optic cable communications business, uses the model of strategic analysis to analyse the environment faced by the cable companies. This article uses shandong cable enterprise as an example to research the advantages and disadvantages and draws some conclusions and thinking. Cable companies must use how to consolidate and upgrade core competitiveness of enterprises as the fundamental, and implement low-cost strategy, and through transmission brand efficiency and high-tech development, achieves enterprise restructuring for benefits.
