Food is basis in people's life. It is the most fundamental material condition for human survival and development. Maintaining and improving health level is the fundamental requirement for improving human welfare and food safety is the basis of health. With the continuous and high-speed economic and social development in our country, food safety issue gains more and more concern from the whole society, and the influence on economic and social development can't be ignored. The food safety will cause enormous economic loss; moreover, its importance to social stability and state security can't be ignored; it's one important part in the construction of a harmonious society.The thesis studies one of the sub-systems of the food safety control - domestic food quality and safety control system, i.e. specific controls for food quality and safety market entry. The study consists of questionnaires, interviews and reference articles, and analyses the current status and reasons among the three sub systems as the government, food production enterprises with food production licenses and consumers, which are related to food quality and safety system. It puts forward the thinking to integrate the control of food quality and safety as a system. By means of management control and systematic theories, it analyses the relations and integration of the three sub systems, sets up the model for the food quality and safety control system, and brings forward the measures for running the system model normally. |
