Construction Project Cost Control Methodology

This paper takes the knowledge system of the project management as the guide,the lifecycle of the engineering project as the start.It discusses the method of the cost control in dynamic process according to the interaction relations among the factors which constitute the cost of the project,the goals of cost control and other factors.Then,it puts forward the idea that the process of the cost control is the form which takes plan cost as the center,plan time limit as the goal.And the process can be taken to be the frame of reference of the every cost factors.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the program cost control in the way of graphs in order to help the project managers analyze the reasons of the errors and provide the academic method which is used to study the program cost control deeply.
