The rapid development of China's auto industry benefited from high speed advancement of the economy. Till now, China has become one of the largest auto producers of the world. The Yangtze River Delta region due to occupy excellent geographical location and economic conditions, the rapid development of automobile industry, large enterprises and vehicle parts and components suppliers gather here. This region has become an important part of the domestic auto industry. Base on theories of trading relations and supply chain, this thesis is to study the trading relationship(TR) in the spare parts supply system over the Yangtze River Delta region. Through the field investigation and individual interviews to SAIC, analyze the TR between the SAIC and its parts suppliers. In the mean time, the author compares it with the TR in Japanese auto industry. Disclose the issues of current automotive components supply chain in Yangtze River Delta region, and on this basis provide the development direction to TR of this region.Firstly, from the global and domestic perspective, expatiate the macro background and industry development trends and point out the significance of this paper. Secondly, clarify the basic content and related theories of TR, and then summarize the main features. Third, combining the supply chain theory, analyze TR specifically, offer the evolution process of TR in the worldwide auto industry supply chain system, provide the TR models of the major auto makers and spare part suppliers, summarize the TR status of China Auto. Finally, take SAIC as example, based on survey data and information, provide specific analysis to the TR of SAIC spare part supply, sum up the major features, do a theoretical analysis to the formation of such transactions in order to grasp the TR of auto industry parts and components supply system in the Yangtze River Delta region, in the mean time, compare it with Japanese auto, point out the problems and give a direction to the TR of this region. |
