In many medium and small scale real estate enterprises play very important roles in improving the living condition, increasing employment, accelerating the development of country economy.The small and medium-sized enterprise is playing the important role in the 21st century. China is the biggest developing country in the world. The small real estate enterprise also is playing the important role in china.It is true that the real estate enterprises accumulate some experience after the development in more than twenty years. However, there is some problems, such as fabric conflict, common house property demand exceeding supply, slap up house property overstocking, investment of real estate increasing too greatly, The real estate enterprises are the continuable development and bracing enterprises, but they are still in elementary stage and need policy adjustment. There are a serial of macroscopical policies in China, which lead the development of real estate enterprises through contracting the fund and soil that real estate enterprises depend. These policies impact the development of medium and small-scale real estate enterprises, which has small dimension and fund and weak competition.NanChang real estate market has changed since August 31, 2004. a lot of small real estate companies have closed, or chose small cities to carry on the development. Lots of small companies in NanChang city have to compete in change environment in the next several years. Author utilized the strategic management theory in this paper to help the small real estate enterprise to take strategy reforming way.NanChang Tian Yuan real estate company was established in 2003. it is a small real estate company. This paper take the NanChang TianYuan estate company as an example. After the analysis, the Author refined the general questions about fund, land, people and so on. proposed the small real estate enterprise to take feasible strategic and implement strategic plan.
