There are a serial of macroscopical policies in China, which lead the development of real estate enterprises through contracting the fund and soil that real estate enterprises depend. These policies impact the development of medium and small-scale real estate enterprises, which has small dimension and fund and weak competition.NanChang real estate market has changed since August 31, 2004. a lot of small real estate companies have closed, or chose small cities to carry on the development. Lots of small companies in NanChang city have to compete in change environment in the next several years. Author utilized the strategic management theory in this paper to help the small real estate enterprise to take strategy reforming way.NanChang Tian Yuan real estate company was established in 2003. it is a small real estate company. This paper take the NanChang TianYuan estate company as an example. After the analysis, the Author refined the general questions about fund, land, people and so on. proposed the small real estate enterprise to take feasible strategic and implement strategic plan.
