Food Safety, Government Regulation Model Study

Recently, China's food industry with the rapid development and food security incidents have occurred in succession, food safety problems are widespread attention by the Chinese government, on the status of food safety supervision, although given high priority and have achieved remarkable results, compared with the advanced countries ,the gap is far. In this view, this paper analysed the safety of China's food supervision, on the basis that comparing the mode of regulation of advanced countries and China's presence in the food regulatory issues, it shows some problems, and aims at the existing problems, it made some perfect system to improve the food safety control mode, and analyses and explains the theoretical and ideological in food safety supervision with an example.First, improve the whole monitoring system. It focused on the application of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) quality management system in the supervision of food. Explains the application of HACCP in food supervision.The second one is to improve the risk precaution system. It focused on risk analysis theory in food supervision, discussed how to strengthen the collection and application the information of food security risks, how to construct efficient scientific risk precaution and rapid response mechanism.Third, improve the scientific evaluation system. It focused on the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy evaluation in food enterprises evaluation, made by the scientific evaluation of the food industry, the food industry was divided into several categories, implemented classified management, to conservation management resources, and improve the management efficiency.
