Research On Social Entrepreneurs In China

From 1970s on, the crisis of social welfare system in west countries have come to the front. And these problems are so complicated that the government finds it difficult to deal with them well. For sake of breaking this deadlock, a new colony which named social entrepreneur come forth and help the government to solve these problems. They play an important role in those countries. Most of them are sponsor or operator of the social philanthropy organization. For example, Jeroo Billimoria who founded the CHILDLINE 1098 in India, Vironica Hosa who created a system for nursing of AIDS patients, and Farvio Rosa who built solar dynamoelectric system in Brazil for the poor. Most people are not familiar with these persons because social entrepreneurs are quiet and low profile. However, more and more people start to pay attention to them recently. Along with the development of global economy and the promotion of social transforming, effect of the social entrepreneur become more and more important for the society. Charles Leadbeater says that social entrepreneur affects the transforming of society such as what the business entrepreneur do for the economy. Firstly, this thesis analyses the colony of the social entrepreneur and the social enterprise in system structure, find the feature and function of them. Then this article analyses the development of the social enterprises in the world, especially focusing on analyzing the status quo in China. At last, this dissertation aims to find out the facts that urge the social entrepreneur to appear. In terms of the method, this article mainly uses case studying and theory deduction.
