In recent years China's market economy developed rapidly, but many of the business is still non-scientific, non-standardized, non-primary of law. In order to gain competitive advantages on the management of our enterprise, we must strengthen the basic management, and master the paradigm of change.No matter how sophisticated the management of an enterprise is, it is short-term. Once managers give up the management of change, it is possible to gradually out of the market. We can use Kuhn's paradigm theory to express the rules of the enterprise management changes.To seek the paradigm of changes in enterprise management, the author analyzed the transformation of enterprise management failures and summaried the successful experiences of the developed Western countries. In this paper, I studied the lack of change in the system theory and the lack of the scientific management paradigm. This paper focuses on the theory of Kuhn's paradigm and Drucker's management of the new paradigm; the author analyzed why the paradigm is suitable for enterprise management changes, and what is the future business trends in the management of change. In the end of the paper I concluded that Kuhn's paradigm is the effective way to the analysis of enterprise management changes. |
