Beijing Mountain Villages Leading Industry Selection, Development And Research

This thesis discusses the selection and cultivation of leading industry in mountain rural areas, taking Qingshui Town as an example. The research takes the administrative village as the basic unit. Combined the quantitative analysis and quality analysis which the result is accepted by the government official, expert system and resident, the leading industry is selected by the village based on regional function position. By summarizing the problem faced by cultivation of rural industry and basing on the regional function position, the research give ways to cultivate the rural industry: one is developing the rural industry by ecological conservation, another is fostering the rural industry by implementing specific projects. Then, how to foster continuous industry of tourism village cluster and mining village is analyzed. Finally, the studies make recommendations for promoting the development of rural industry. Main results of this thesis go as follows:1. By studying the development of the industry in developed and developing countries mountain areas, we know that: as the ecological barriers and hinterland of the Beijing, mountain areas in Beijing will be constrained by ecological conservation and water conservation and benefited by policies favoring and the tremendous tourism market. The ecological industry and tourism industry should be the leading industry.2. Given the regional function position, quantitative analyzing the industry of very village in the town, the leading industry in village is selected, which is adjusted by the government official, expert system and resident. Modern agricultural industry, leisure industry and tourism industry will be chosen as the leading industry in Qingshui Town. And agricultural industry, fruit industry, animal husbandry, ecological industry, leisure industry and tourism industry will be selected as the leading industry in the village.3. Given the regional function position, village should cultivate the rural industry by making use of the ecological conservation policies. Village should take advantage of the industry belt and specific projects.4. It's the key to foster industry in tourism village cluster and the difficulty of cultivating continuous industry in mining village. The tourism village cluster will improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the region, coordinate regional development and promote common prosperity by overall development. Mining village should implement valley project management and ecological restoration project blocking the digging problems of the private mine.
