Abstract/Summary:
The real estate is not only pillar industry in national economy, but also promotes the economic growth of related industries. Index of real estate becomes leading indicator of national economy. In the trend of the fast growth in real estate, the government has implemented a series of macro-economic control policies to maintain the stable development since 2005. Primary importance should be attached to the macro-economic control policies in the real estate.Based on the state macro-economic control policies, we analyzed the develop methods of real estate companies. Given the matters faced with the estate companies in investment, from the analysis of the character model of capital and risk of the real estate companies, the character of the management model of the real estate companies and the way of how to deal with problems of the market risk and the policy risk was explicated in this paper under the macro-economic control environment. The problems which were met in practice were analyzed from a practitinoner. From this the paper worked out the trend and management pattern of the real estate industry.The paper also analyzed the change of supply and demand in the real estate market influenced by macro-economic policies. At last, grounded on the backdrop of state macro-economic control, some suggestions on the management of real estate enterprises were given in this paper.
