Under the situation of macro-economic control,China has experienced rapid development of economy.And the main driving force from the demographic bonus is gradually weakening,accompanied with the decline of economic growth advantages.Besides,the traditional driving force of economic development,such as investment,consumption and exports,shows the sign of recession.Meanwhile,affected by the depression of international economic,geopolitical instability and other negative factors,the economic growth rate China has transformed from the past high-speed turning to current medium-high-speed growth.In addition,the central government has implemented strict macro-control on the real estate industry,along with continuous adjustment to optimization on the economic structure.On the contrary,the real estate market shows a thriving scene,and does not get affected by the impact of economic growth rate decline and macro-control policies.Obviously,this objectively existent phenomenon is not in line with common logic.The core content of this paper is to analyze the underlying logical connection of the contradiction upon.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,objective,significance and innovation of the research in the first chapter.Secondly,a brief introduction and analysis of the macroeconomic theory are made in chapter two,and relevant literature is summarized to extract the theoretical foundation for this paper.In chapter three,using discipline professional knowledge as the theoretical basis,we get the conclusion that the current macroeconomic situation is in a good state,including both the national level and Chengdu region.Then,the urban resource,current situation,overall development status and trend of the real estate industry in Chengdu are expounded in the fourth chapter.As the core of this dissertation,chapter five expounds related policies of real estate industry in Chengdu,including land management system and policies,real estate management policies,fiscal policies and monetary policies.Basing on the above achievement,the impact of policies and the existing problems are sorted out and elucidated.Meanwhile,we analyzed the strategic transformation of the real estate industry in Chengdu from the perspective of the government and real estate enterprises.Finally,we drew the conclusion that the regional economy and real estate development in Chengdu mutually promote development.
