Huadian Panzhihua, Sichuan Power Generation Companies Pay System Research And Design

Payment design is a premise and an important part of modern payment management system. How to design and establish a scientific payment system which is fit for Chinese situation, and can promote enterprises to develop in the times of knowledge economy and economic globalization, is an entirely new and very important topic. Based on the basic theories of payment, this paper analyzes the old payment system of Huadian Corporation in Panzhihua, and puts forward a new design plan, which states roundly the key function of payment system to the development and management of enterprises.The first part briefly comments on the basic theories on payment in Marxist economics and West economics, and has overall definition and research on payment' s essence, characters, functions, influence elements, basic forms and basic principles of design. The second part analyzes the old payment system of Huadian Corporation in Panzhihua, and points out its function for enterprise operation and management. The third part is based on the first two parts, combining the real management need, to redesign the payment system of Huadian Corporation in Panzhihua. The fourth part through investigate and survey, verifies and evaluates generally the operation of the new payment system, and reflects the real meaning of the payment reform.
