| An effective salary system can give employees more room for development,so as to better retain talents and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises.The important role of salary management is self-evident,however,many enterprises still face the problems of the unreasonable salary system and structure,the lack of incentive and the unchanging salary system.XX electric power company,using the modern management science incentive theory and method,analyzes the current situation of salary management and the existing problems,and optimizes the point+self-service salary scheme.The current unreasonable salary system of the company can’t arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and even lead to the outflow of a large number of outstanding talents.These problems have seriously hindered the long-term development of the company.In view of the unreasonable salary system of the company,this paper attempts to design a set of compensation scheme suitable for XX electric power company through a large number of research on salary management system and pay design and other relevant theoretical tools.Through literature review,this paper analyzes the key factors of the compensation system design,laying a theoretical foundation for the design of XX electric power company’s overall salary.This paper points out the key problems of the XX electric power company,such as the lack of competitiveness of the company’s structural wages,the lack of a perfect manager’s salary distribution mechanism,the improvement of the knowledge innovation ability of the employees and the lack of fairness in the salary system.This paper analyzes the purpose,principles and salary structure of the XX electric power company to build a self-service system,and focuses on the design of post performance point salary,performance salary,payment system and flexible welfare plan.It explains the guarantee measures for the implementation of the company’s salary system,such as the establishment of the compensation and assessment committee,the strengthening of the publicity and communication of the salary policy,the perfect supporting system of the salary scheme,and the establishment of the cultural gene of "a lot of work". |
