Coal has a great proportion in our country's supply and consumption; State-owned coal enterprise will be the largest supplier of coal in a long time.But state-owned coal enterprise was restricted to history,system,industry attribute, region and management level,facing the human resources management problem such as the difficulty of introduction of talented person,high-caliber employee run-off rate sticking at a high level,low employee satisfaction,low work enthusiasm and so on.Career management as one of the efficient path of improving satisfaction, promoting working performance,reducing run-off rate,should be taken seriously by pertinent researcher and state-owned coal industry human resources management. But study and applying achievement on state-owned coal industry career management are pretty rare for by now.Because of the above-mentioned cause,on the basis of the recent advances the analysis of the method and effect of organizational career management at home and abroad,this paper made a preliminary exploration through the case study of KL Group,investigated the knowledge worker,brought forward the accurate definition of knowledge worker,adopt literature,questionnaire,interview,data statistic analysis,analyzed the general situation of KL Group,knowledge worker structure, organizational career management structure and the necessity and feasibility of implementing organizational career management.The result shows that,KL Group organizational career management shows itself obvious planar structure,it is essential and feasible to implement organizational career management in KL Group.Through the empirical study,the investigator considers that career management should temporize the concerted development of staff and organization, achieve staff-organization "win-win" through interactive and collectivity support.KL Group career management can be divided into 4 stages and 10 links,they are preparative prophase,career planning management stage,developing and managing stage,evaluating stage.Whereas the amount of knowledge worker is great in KL Group,the configuration is complex,the specialty and station distributing is wide,so the investigator also brought forward the conceive of e-CM, and searched after the module and function aspects.The main innovation of this study is:carried earlier empirical study on organizational career management of state-owned coal enterprise;through the case study on KL group we found that,the structure of state-owned coal enterprise organizational career management shows obvious planar configuration;put forward the distributing model of knowledge worker and jockey;designed model of career management between organization and staff from the aspect of harmony between them;Assumed and conceived the of organizational career management KL group, bring forward 4 stages and 10 main links;put forward e-CM,and designed the module and function.The insufficiency of this study is:the study samples on coal enterprise organizational career management structure is too low,the result needs further validating;Limited by time and period,the effect of the organizational career management project which put forward in this study still needs further tracking and analysis.
