As we enter the 21st century, career development and management, as a relatively independent field of study and practice activities in human resources management, has gone through fundamental changes, and especially with the in-depth of the knowledge economy and the emergence of knowledge-based workers, a knowledge-based career management--the new human resources management topics has created. On the basis of the relevant career management theory and the research results written by domestic and foreign scholars, the thesis mainly use the qualitative research. The first presentation is the reflection on career management by knowledge economy, secondly is to collect and summarize the career management practices about knowledge workers abroad, thirdly is to describe the present status of career management about knowledge staffs in our company and the analyze the reasons for it deeply and finally is to put forward solutions for it accordingly. I hope that this thesis can make a contribution to career management.
