Nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge staff have become the most important enterprise resources survival and development. Through career planning, knowledge staff mobilize their enthusiasm for work, increase job satisfaction and reduce staff turnovers, and individuals and businesses achieve common development, have become Ankang Marketing company of Petrochina's major problems to be solved, and also the core of this paperIn this paper, by the application of career planning theory, considering the actual situation of Ankang Marketing Company, based on the most commonly used tools in career planning—Holland vocational interest tests, MBTI tests and career anchor,we designed the career planning for Ankang Marketing Company's knowledge staff. Fully considered in the design process, the company needs as a service enterprise of the characteristics of employees. Clear the need for career planning company, and design specific programs. And for the implementation process, possible problems of measures put forward solutions.Based on knowledge workers and career planning theory, focusing on the developmental objectives of Ankang Marketing company of Petrochina by the knowledge staff career development of the principles, objectives, methods and steps. For other similar enterprises have some reference value.
