China's Pharmaceutical Business-oriented E-government Research

China's pharmaceutical e-government administration has made great progress and growth in the last two decades. Since pharmaceutical e-government got off to a late start in China, market concentration in medical industry is relatively low and the level of information in pharmaceutical enterprises is also quite low. Therefore, the overall level of application of China's business-oriented e-government in medical industry is not high.At present, pharmaceutical e-government can provide the following on-line services: releasing government information, making the government affairs known to the public, going through the facilities on line for enterprises and the public. With the society progressing, pharmaceutical enterprises forging rapidly ahead and government functions transforming from putting everything under surveillance to focusing on providing service to the whole society, it put forward new requirements for the development of pharmaceutical e-government. The paper made a review on theories of e-government administration, and then summarized the domestic and international e-government development in pharmaceutical circles. On the basis of analyzing e-government concept, content, and the course of development, it made a programme for FDA to design a model of business-oriented e-government. Furthermore, it put forward how to promote the model to fulfill according to the status of pharmaceutical e-government.Thus, providing business-oriented e-government in pharmaceutical industry is conductive to promoting China's pharmaceutical e-government to develop healthily, improving the administration capacity and social service level of government, promoting the transformation of government function, and providing high quality, efficient, standardized and transparent services for pharmaceutical enterprises.
