The key task of enterprises is making profit, and it should be completed by talents. The talents are not only the key for the enterprises but also for the corporation competitive.Bringing up the talents could be achieved though the company training system which matches company strategy and culture. The company training system should be preciseness, earnest, scientific and developing. The training not only helps staff's job but also provides opportunities for their future. The training is a way, and not a purpose. The objective of training is helping company to be a leaning organization, and will be one part of company strategy.This thesis first analyzed setting up company training system's necessary and expatiated the inside and outside environments; and then through the scientific training theory and key principle established training system which to match Allianz China Life company's strategy. The new training system not only can provide information which effects training results for training managers in deciding training needs,selecting training projects,making training plan,controlling training resource,deciding training model,but also let training managers understand experience through evaluating training policy,training model and training technology.From November, 2006, after more than one year working practice, the author analyzed the first step achievement,improvement and applicability through the real data, and planed the objective of next step, medium-term goal and long-term goal to help achieve the first company strategy. The topic did some further research from several points such as training course exploitation, training team setting up, training management and controlling, training branding, and etc.During the training system setting up period, the author did a lot of questionnaire survey such as training needs analysis, training quality evaluation, internal customer satisfactory, and etc. The data was used for checking the result and consummated the new training system.
