Along with the developing modern logistics, storage extends to the need of supply chain. It is necessary to reconstruct storage operation flow as a tache of the supply chain in the construction of pulling style supply chain based on flexibility and customer demand oriented. Via process neatening and reengineering, it can change the low-level storage management pattern, achieve competition advantage based on time, construct an environmental -prompt system, optimize process, enhance efficiency, reinforce stocking, inventory and order supervising, improve operation controlling performance and role arrangement, make use of warehouse space reasonably and effectively, to provide the fastest and lowest cost service for customers.Storage process reengineering, in a certain extent, can eliminate malpractice of malignant competition in facility investing and service charge depression, get strength from ameliorating process management, avoid risk of extensive investment, is in favor of forming an up-and-coming industry atmosphere.The paper, firstly, makes a brief review about previous similar researches in the area of storage management and process reengineering, which brings forward that the paper mainly focuses on optimizing and reengineering storage process. Then, in the second chapter, starting with business process reengineering theory, the paper sets forth the times background in which it has come into being, as well as some correlative theories of tactic, administration structure and innovation, summarizes business process reengineering's essential characteristic and principle. Using data collected from the project of Developing Medium-mini Warehouse Management System, the second chapter, considering China's storage industry actuality, decomposes storage business particularly to find out illogical parts and analyse the problem in the existing process as a whole. To resolve possible difficulties in the course, the paper brings out rules for storage process reengineering. In the third chapter, respective analysis has been made to Analytic Network Process(ANP) and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) . Combining their strongpoints, the paper formulates ANP-DEA model for valuing reengineered processes, then makes detailed description for the pyramidal network. Crux Path Method(CPM), in the fourth chapter, is applied to fix on core process network, in which the bottle-neck process whose performance affects the whole a lot is located. The paper then put forward five different projects to reengineer these bottle-neck processes that are not logical. Input and output indexes are defined, in using of storage enterprises actual business data and experience, which gives attention to both evaluations of concrete quantized indexes and fuzzy indexes. This can effectively deal with the evaluation that has several input and output indexes. According to sequencable results of model solving, the paper fixes the final enforceable business process reengineering project.
