Human Capital Contribution Rate Of Empirical Research (1978-2004)

This article mainly makes use of the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis and has a foothold in reality of method, passes the metered research of the economic growth to judge the function of human capital in the economy of the twenty—seven years since the reform opens, and puts forward a relevant policy suggestion of increasing the contribution rate of human capital in our country based on combing the present condition of the government's society expend in our country. Passing to set up model and make use of in our country economic data in our country from 1978 to 2004 ,we carry on a empirical research, get following main conclusions: 1 This article carrys on a empirical research of the present condition of the Chinese human capital and valid labor model and the human capital exterior model that were put forward by Wangjinying in the country, through calculating, it shows the contribution of human capital to economic growth is not big, but the contribution rate of the model is bigger in the human capital exterior model .2This article sets up a human capital model which decomposing human capita to education human capital and the healthy human capital, and adopts various index Standards to handle the healthy index ,then carrys on a empirical research to the model, we find that the contribution rate of education in the economic growth is up to 20% , which proves that the strategy of developing education and science to make a country strong is right; Relatively, the contribution to economic growth rate of the healthy human capital is negative, this reflects the society guarantying system isn't reasonable in our country to some extent, 3, using the cointegration analysis of the human capital model, we find that the influence of the education to economic growth is very remarkable, education,healthy and economic growth have the the relation of Granger cause and effect the relation.This article draws lessons from the past's experience of the previous people during the period of writing, and also has my own creative places. Main creations are in the following:1, to the generous character of human capital, divide human capital into education and healthy capital, adopt several index standards to the healthy capital.2, under the circumstance of relative lacking the data of the expectation life span in domestic, respectively according to 1981, 1982, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 cents segment ,suppose an average growth rate equal, such as to the data for 1983-1989 years ,according to 1982-1990 years in nine years of average growth rate equal, calculate an average growth rate first, then compute to get a data for 1983-1989 years respectively, to the previous year of 1981: 1980, 1979 and 1978 ,according to 1982 years' growth to 1981 , for years after 2002,such as 2003 and 2004, according to average number of the growth rates of 2001 years' to 2000 years and the growth rates of 2002 years' to 2001, Based on which, compute the expectation life span in 2003 and 2004 , so promise the growth stability of of the data and link up better. 3, carry on comparison to the generous character method of the human capital and the generous character method of the material capital and introduce the present condition of local research, analyze what method is scientifical and can operate. 4 This article constructs an living growth model of human capital which divide human capital into education and health, and carrys on a comparison between calculating result of the two models of Wangjinying and textual model, adopts standard coefficient of SPSS covariance software regression ,which makes the result more accurate, this sees not much in the former researches.5, As for the born of the healthy index, we get healthy index number according to 1/3 of doctor count of each myriad people doctor count(ten thousand)and people hospital of each myriad people hospital and health hospital bed number(ten thousand), expectation life span and the disaster , according to 1978-2004 years, three all change of 5 units, so according to same power heavy add mutually. 6, compare the contribution rates of the domestic main research about human capital . 7, put forward some suggestions about growth contribution rate of human capital to economic development in our country and the function of human capital in economic development originally.
