Entering to the knowledge economy times, the intelligence capital becomes the first essential factor of the competition of enterprise. The human resources management becomes even more important. The enterprise promotes own talented strategy and does everything possible to seize the future to compete to the high spot --competition for talent. Therefore, the enterprise has enlarged inhuman capital aspect investment dynamics. The wage in traditional significance system unified the world no longer. The different, flexible and creative salary system appears subsequently. They have manifested the characteristic of the time, promoted the development of human resources, impelled the construction step of human resources system in our country powerfully.We conducting the research of salary system of the new knowledge staff, not only has the theory significance, but also has the practical significance. The new knowledge staff who are growing on developing times, are vigor of the enterprise. They need the individuality salary system, the sole stodgy salary system lacked the attraction to them. China's enterprise has the Chinese characteristic, China's new knowledge staff also has own characteristic.
