Based on the social exchange theory and organization humanlike characteristics, Eisenberger presented the definition of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) in 1986. Then, there had more and more related studies. The studies found out Employees' POS would impact employees' assessment on organization, and determine the employees' job involvement and contributions to organization. Therefore, to supply theoretical guidance and retain employees, we should reveal the mechanism of influence on employees' POS, and the relationships of POS with employees' attitudes and behaviors to make organization to survive and thrive in future competitive arena..On the basis of relevant literatures of POS , this study carries out some researches on three hundreds employees from scores of different property companies, researches the relationship of POS and employees' personality , as well as POS and organizational trust,job satisfaction.The study uses related analysis,regression analysis and structural equation models to research the structure of POS and the relationship of relevant variables. the main results were showed as follows:1,POS should be multidimensional psychological structures, which comprise working supportand working identification.2,There has significant difference among Employees' POS in gender,tenure,position and enterprise property.3,POS has strongly positive correlation with Extraversion and Openness to experience, and Extraversion can forecast POS.4,POS has a direct impact on job engagement and job satisfaction.5,POS has an indirect impact on job engagement and job satisfaction through organizational trust.. The limitation and further research direction are discussed.
