At Present, the world tobacco industry has already formed the oligopoly competition pattern. Most foreign tobacco companies are stronger than Chinese tobacco companies in scale and strength. Chinese tobacco companies must competent with foreign ones domestically and internationally. It is an urgent task to prompt the competition ability, and to improve the market conduct of Chinese tobacco industry. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the market conduct of the Chinese tobacco industry.This paper analyzes the Chinese tobacco industry in the SCP normal formulas with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
