Under the background of China's all-around development, it's shown, after a thorough analysis of the present management situation of power supply enterprises, that they fail to satisfy the requirement of high-quality electric power service because of the inner management makings. It's urgent that they bring in the system of performance management and make the employees develop together with the enterprises. This is also a general trend and has active significance. The thesis makes a deep analysis of the performance management practice of Heze Power Supply Corporation and puts forward such suggestions for improving the system as taking apart the strategic targets of the corporation by making use of the method of balance score card to establish a performance index system, introducing the process management to strengthen the control on the performance outcome, reconstructing the post system by process reforming, replacing the 360 degree checking method and other traditional checking methods by making use of the method of Balance Score card in the performance checking.The first part serves as the theoretical basis of the whole thesis. In this part, a deep research is made concerning performance management theories. The course of development of performance management, the application status of the performance management of domestic enterprises and the future trend of performance management are introduced and analyzed in a simple way. The second part introduces and summarizes the characteristics and present situation of Heze Power Supply Corporation. It reviews the useful exploration of various management methods made in recent years by the Corporation and discusses the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the performance management system. The third part introduces the design and implement of the performance management system. It also summarizes the key problems existing during the practice. The fourth part brings forward solutions concerning the key problems and system defects. Besides, it rebuilds the model of the Corporation's performance management.
